Approx. 4 chicken thighs & 5 drumsticks
1 onion, sliced
1/2 c water
1/4 ketchup
3 tbsp worcestershire sauce
1 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp margarine
1/2 c vinegar
3 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp salt

Directions:
Preheat oven to 450º. Line 9x13 pan with foil or you will have a lot of soaking and scrubbing to do. Place chicken in pan and cook for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, saute onion in margarine. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer for 10 minuntes. Spoon over chicken. Reduce heat to 350º and cook for 1 1/2 hours.
