Ingredients:
Ingredients:
3 T. butter
1 3/4 c. .milk
3 T. flour
10 slices Velveeta cheese
1 bag shredded mozzarella cheese
1 1 lb. box of macaroni noodles
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Boil macaroni as directed on box and drain. Melt butter in small sauce pan on medium. Remove from burner and mix in 1 tablespoon of flour. Add another tablespoon of flour to butter and mix. (May not need a third tablespoon of flour to get it to a paste consistency.) Once it reaches paste consistency, slowly add milk while stirring flour/butter mixture in. Place white sauce back on burner on medium. Add salt and pepper to taste. Continue to stir so it doesn't stick to bottom. It should be a thick white mixture to spread on noodles. Layer bottom of round casserole with some noodles. Sprinkle with a little shredded mozzarella cheese. Lay three pieces of Velveeta cheese (in a "t" shape - it doesn't have to cover entire casserole). Spread thin layer of white sauce over cheese slices. Repeat with another layer of noodles, mozzarella, Velveeta and white sauce. Final layer: noodles, mozzarella cheese, white sauce, Velveeta cheese. Add pepper on top to add a kick. Cover with lid or foil. Bake at 350º for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
