1 box lasagna noodles
2 lbs. hamburger
1 onion minced
1 12 oz. can tomato paste
1 can water
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. garlic salt;
1 large can parmesan cheese (8 oz.)
1 small curd cottage cheese (24 oz.) or ricotta cheese
4 c. mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger, drain fat. Add tomato paste, water, onion, oregano, garlic salt, pepper to browned hamburger. In a separate bowl, combine parmesan cheese, cottage cheese or ricotta cheese and 2 cups mozzarella cheese. Layer in a greased 9 x 13 pan, noodles, meat mixture, cheese mixture and repeat layers. Add remaining mozzarella cheese to the top and bake at 350º for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Let stand for approx. 10 minutes before cutting.
