1 cup water
1/2 cup butter
1 cup sifted flour
4 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Heat in a saucepan until boiling the water and the butter. Stir in the flour and stir constantly over low heat until the mixture leaves the sides of the pan and forms into a ball. (about 1 minute). Remove from heat and cool. Beat in the eggs one at a time. Beat mixture until smooth and velvety.
Drop from spoon onto an ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 400º for 45 to 50 minutes or until dry. Cool and fill with custard or pudding or whatever.
