1 1/2 cups of melted butter
2 cusps of sugar
4 whole eggs well beaten
2 teaspoons cinnamon
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
2-3 cups of grated carrots
1 cup grated pecans optional


8 oz cream cheese
1 stick of soft butter
1 box of confectioner's sugar
2 teaspoon of vanilla

Heat oven 350 for 9 inch pan, 300 for loaf pan

butter and flour pan
mix mutter, sugar, well beaten eggs, vanilla
sift 3 times flour, cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder
add all ingredients, mix well

top with icing well mixed

bake 30-40 for 9 inch pan and 1 hour for loaf
