5th of Vodka
1 vanilla bean-split in half (length-wise)
3 cups warm water
1/4 cup & 1 tsp. instant coffee
3 cups sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Boil coffee, water, and sugar 2-3 minutes. Cool to room temperature. Add vodka, pour into 2 dark bottles, drop vanilla bean in each bottle. Age at least 2 weeks.
