1 Bag MIKE SELLS Puff Delights
2 Sticks butter(Not margarine)
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup light corn syrup
1 tsp. baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Boil for 2 minutes (use a deep pot) the butter, brown sugar, light corn syrup.

Add baking soda after the above ingredients have boiled for 2 minutes. Caramel will rise and puff up.

Pour over the puff corn.
(I use a turkey roasting pan)

Bake @ 250º for 45 minutes.
Stir after first 25 minutes.
Cool and break apart.
