5 c bread crumbs - coarse
1 c chopped onion
1/2 c chopped celery
1 T parsley
2 T oil
Poultry seasoning (I use thyme/sage/marjoram)
pepper & salt
2 c hot chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
Put all ingredients in a bowl and pour the hot broth over it - let sit for 15 mins prior to stuffing the bird.
