Sauce:
4 T butter
1/2 tsp crushed chili peppers
1 clove garlic
1/3 c brown sugar
1/4 c lime juice
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tsp cornstarch

1 fillet or 4 peices of salmon

Directions:
Directions:
for sauce: melt butter and add all other ingredients except cornstarch, cook 1 minute, then whist the cornstarch in 1 t of water and add to thicken sauce.
For the salmon:
Melt some butter in a fry pan, salt & pepper salmon and saute on each side for 2 mins, add sauce to pan, turn down heat and cook for an addition 4-5 mins until desired doneness
