2 (3-oz.) packages, beef-flavored Ramen noodle soup
(I used vegetable/oriental instead of the beef)
1 (16-oz.) package broccoli salad slaw mix
(I added a cup of fresh green beans that had been blanched)
1 cup sliced almonds, toasted
1 cup sunflower seeds
1 bunch green onions, sliced
½ cup sugar [I used Splenda]
2/3 to 1 cup of vegetable oil [I used a light olive oil]
1/3 cup of white vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Remove the flavor packet from the soup mix and set aside.

Combine the slaw mix, green beans (if using), almonds, sunflower seeds and onions.

In a separate bowl, whisk together contents from the flavor packets with the sugar, oil and vinegar.

Pour over slaw mixture. Chill

Just before serving, crumble noodles and add to slaw mix. Toss well.
