2 eggs(separated-only need the yoke)
2Tbsp Lemon Juice
1/4 C melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Separate the eggs and keep the yokes. In a small sauce pan add egg yokes, lemon juice and melted butter. Stir on very low heat setting until thick.

Use right away.
