1 3/4 c unsifted flour
2 c sugar
3/4 c Hershey Cocoa
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
2 eggs
1 c milk
1/2 c veg. oil
2 tsps vanilla
1 c boiling water
Directions:
Directions:
Combine dry ingredients in large mixer bowl.

Add eggs, milk, oil and vanilla. Beat 2 mins @ med speed.

Stir in boiling water (batter will be thin) Pour into greased & floured pan 12 x 9 x 2.

Bake at 350º for 35-40 mins or until cake tester inserted in center comes clean.
