2 large Vidalia onions or sweet onions, sliced
1 Tbls butter
4 oz crumbled blue cheese (1 cup)
1/2 of an 8oz pkg of cream cheese-cut up
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp ground pepper
1/2 tsp ground dill weed (optional)
Grilled steak or burgers

Directions:
Directions:
Fold 36x18 piece of foil in half to make square. Place onion in center of foil. Dot with butter. Seal foil by folding edges, leaving enough room for steam to build. Place on grill over medium heat/coals for 25-30 minutes.

In a large bowl mix blue cheese, cream cheese, Worcestershire, dill weed and pepper. Use a slotted spoon to add onions to mixture; toss to coat. Serve over grilled burgers or steak.
