Lemon Sours Recipe

1 3/4 c flour 1/2 c butter
2 eggs 1 c brown sugar
3/4 c coconut 1/2 c chopped nuts
1/2 t baking powder 1/2 t vanilla
1 t grated lemon rind 1 1/2 T lemon juice
2/3 c powdered sugar

1. Combine flour and sugar and press into an 11x9"
pan. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes.
2. Beat eggs and add rest of ingredients. Spread over
first mixture and bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
3. Combine topping ingredients and spread over top
as soon as pan is taken from the oven. Cool and
cut into 1" squares.
