Cake:
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. soda
3/4 tsp. salt
1 can fruit cocktail with juice
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. coconut


Topping:
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. margarine
1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix 1 1/2 c. sugar, flour, eggs, 1 tsp. vanilla, soda, salt and juice together and pour in 13X9 pan. Crumble brown sugar and coconut over top and bake 350º for 30-40 minutes.

Stir 3/4 c. sugar, margarine, milk, 1 tsp. vanilla and nuts in a saucepan. Bring it to boil and pour over cake as soon as it comes out of oven. Cover pan with foil and let cool. (You may want to pierce the cake before pouring on topping.)
