4 Green Peppers
1 lb. Ground Beef
2 c. Cooked Rice (2/3 c. uncooked)
1/4 c. Onion (chopped)
1 1/2 t. Salt
1/8 t. Pepper
2 8 oz cans Tomato Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Cut peppers in half lengthwise. Remove seeds and wash. Combine beef, cooked rice, onion, salt, pepper and 1/2 can tomato sauce. Pile mixture into peppers and place into a large baking dish. Pour 1 1/2 cans of tomato sauce over peppers. Cover tightly. Bake at 350º for 1 1/4 hours of until tender, basting occasionally.
