2 Medium Peaches (peeled, sliced)
2 t. Sugar
2 T Quick Oats
2 T. Flour
1 T. Brown Sugar
2 t. Chopped Almonds
5 t. Butter
1/4 t. Almond Extract

Directions:
Directions:
Combine peaches and 2 t. sugar. Mix well and pour equal amounts into two well greased baking dishes (ramekins). Combine remaining ingredients and mix until it resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle equal amounts over peaches in the two dishes. Bake at 375 º for 30 minutes.
