One stick butter
4 chicken cutlets, pounded thin
4 large shallots
1 lb mushrooms, sliced
1/2 cup Marsala wine
1 cup heavy cream
2 tsp lemon juice.

Directions:
Directions:
Saute chicken in 2 T butter. Remove to platter. Melt remaining butter in pan. Add shallots and mushrooms. Saute 3-5 minutes. Add Marsala. Stir as it comes to a boil, and scrape up bits from pan. Add cream and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.
Serve with pasta on the side.
