1 1/2 lb ground beef
1 egg
3/4 c bread crumbs
1 t salt
1/4 t pepper
1 (15 oz) can tomato sauce halved
1 med onion chopped
1 med bell pepper chopped
2 T vinegar
1 T mustard
2 T brown sugar
3/4 c water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix beef, egg, bread crumbs, salt, pepper, 1/2 can tomato sauce, onion, and bell pepper. Form into a loaf. Combine remaining tomato sauce, vinegar, mustard, brown sugar, and water. Pour over meat loaf. Bake at 400º for about 1 hour or til done.
