4 lb beef brisket
kitchen bouquet to coat
1 c beef broth
3/4 c water
40 shakes worchestershire sauce
1 lg onion sliced
2 cloves crushed garlic
lg over baking bag

Directions:
Directions:
Coat both sides of brisket with kitchen bouquet. Place brisket fat side up in a large oven bag along with the other ingredients and place in an oven proof baking dish. Seal bag and cut 3 slits in top for steam to excape. Bake at 350º for 3 hours. Add a little time if brisket is extra thick. Remove brisket and pour up au jus into a bowl and refrigerate over night. Remove brisket from refrigerator, and remove fat from au jus. While brisket is cold slice across the grain in 1/4 to 3/8 inch slices. Arrange on baking dish and pour the defatted au jus over the meat and heat in oven until piping hot.
