1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup oil or alittle less
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 egg
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cream of tarter
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 cups flour
Directions:
Directions:
Mix well. Chill dough. Roll into balls and press with a bottom sugar dipped glass or just drop by a spoonfull. Bake 350 till the edges are golden. Dont overbake.
