1 # hamburger or sausage
1 cup chopped onion
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 1/2 cups milk
3 eggs
3/4 cup bisquick
2 tomatoes diced
1 cup shredded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown onion and meat and drain. Put meat , salt,pepper, into bottom of 10 inch greased glass pie pan. Mix bisquick, milk, beaten eggs, 1/2 cup cheese, & pour over the meat in pie pan. Bake 400 for 25 minutes, then top with the rest of the cheese, bake till melted. Top with tomatoes & serve warm.

Joe loves it with sausage and goes great with a salad and fresh tomatoes. Top with any cheese you have on hand. Quick and easy!
