1 Tbsp.maple syrup
1 Tbsp. Dijon Mustard
1 tsp. Olive Oil
Salt and pepper to taste
2 thin boneless pork chops

Directions:
Directions:
Place chops and mustard mixture inside a large zip-top plastic bag, then shake to coat the chops.
I let marinate for about 30 mins. Place chops on a nonstick skillet, heated to medium-high, cooking 2 to 3 minutes per side. In last minute of cooking, pour remaining mustard mixture onto chops as they cook.

Serve with tossed salad.
