5 cups apricots- 2-5 lbs
1-20 oz can crushed pineapple
6 cups sugar
1 box Sure Jell

Directions:
Directions:
Wash, pit and chop apricots to make your 5 cups. Place the pineapple, syrup and all, apricots and sugar in large pan on medium high heat. Stir in pectin and continue stirring till mixture comes to a full rolling boil for 1 minute. Ladle into prepared jars and seal.
