1 C soft butter
1/2 C brown sugar (packed)
2/3 C icing sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1 2/3 C flour
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 C ground pecans

icing sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and brown sugar & icing sugar, add egg, vanilla, pecans and soda, mix into a stiff dough
roll into 2 in. balls and place onto baking sheet
Bake 10-12 mins 350º oven

roll warm balls into icing sugar then completely cool on rack
