2-3 cups dry pasta boiled in salted water

1/4 c olive oil
2/3 cup diced pancetta (bacon or ham)
1/2 large onion diced
2 cloves garlic - minced
1/2 red pepper - diced
2 c peas (frozen)
1/2 c broth or water
2 tsp red pepper flakes
1/2 c chopped herbs (basil,oregano,parsley)
1 large ripe tomato
slat & pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta in a large pot of salted water according to directions.
Heat oil, saute pancetta and onion & red pepper then garlic. 2-3 mins. Add red pepper flakes, peas and broth. Season with s & p and chopped fresh herbs (can use dried too). Cook 2-3 mins until broth is cooked down. Toss this mixture into drained pasta.
