Ingredients:
Ingredients:
4 cups walnuts, finely chopped
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 pound phyllo (strudel leaves)
1 cup melted butter
12 ounces honey

Directions:
Directions:
Grease 13x9-inch baking pan. Combine chopped walnuts, sugar, and cinnamon.

Place a sheet of phyllo in baking dish with the sides extending over the ends of the baking dish. If the phyllo is already the "perfect" size, use two sheets and overlap. Brush with butter. Make 6 more layers. (Don't worry how they look--you'll never notice if they are neat or not.) Sprinkle 1 cup of walnut mixture evenly over top layer.

Cut remaining phyllo to fit (or be fitted) in baking dish. Do 6 layers and 1 cup of walnut two more times, ending with 6 layers of phyllo. Trim any phyllo that extends over top of dish. Cut just halfway though layers in a diamond pattern.

Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour and 25 minutes or until top is golden brown. Near the end of the baking time, heat the honey in a one-quart saucepan over medium-low heat. Once the baklava is removed from the oven, immediately pour hot honey evenly over it. Allow to cool at least one hour. Finish cutting through the layers. Serve at room temperature.
