9x13 pan 1 cup flour
1/2 cup margarine
1 cup ground almonds or chopped pecans, or what-not (1 package)
Press in pan and bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees to lightly brown

Second Layer
8 oz. Philly Cream Cheese
Cream this
Add 1 cup of icing sugar and mix well
fold in 1/2 large container cool whip
Spread over cooled base

Third Layer
1/2 cup milk
1 package instant vanilla pudding
Beat with beater
spread over second layer

Fourth Layer
1/2 cup milk
Chocolate Pudding
Beat and spread

Fifth Layer
Spread remaining cool whip
Add shaved chocolate (opt)
