2 c. Rice
2 cans Campbell's Consommé plus enough water to make 4 cups liquid
1 sm. can Diced Green Chilies
1/4 Onion diced
1 T. Chopped Garlic
1 pkg. Jimmy Dean hot or regular sausage, cooked, crumbled, and drained

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredient together in 9x13x2 in. baking dish and cover with foil. Bake at 400º for 40 minutes and stir. Return to oven, checking every 15-20 minutes, bake until liquid is absorbed.
