2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 c. oil
1- 15 oz. can pumpkin
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Frosting:
1- 6 or 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
3/4 stick butter
1 Tbls. milk or cream
1 tsp. vanilla
4 c. powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 4 ingredients in large bowl, set aside. Sift together rest of ingredients. Add to the pumpkin mixture. Mix well and pour into greased and floured 12x18" pan. Bake at 350º for 25-30 minutes. Two 9x13" pans can also be used.
Frosting:
Beat cream cheese, butter, vanilla and milk or cream together until soft. Add powdered sugar until correct consistency to spread. Cut in 2x3" bars. Makes 36 bars.
