1 can yellow beans
1 can green beans
1 quart carrots, sliced
1 can water chestnuts, sliced
1 8 ounce pkg. grated cheddar cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk
1 can onion rings

Directions:
Directions:
Melt cheese in the soup and milk mixture. Pour over the vegetables in a large casserole. Top with the French-fried onion rings. Bake at 350º for about 1/2 hour.
