1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. shortening
1 1/2 t. baking powder
3 c. flour
1- 21 oz. can cherry or other fruit pie filling
1 t. almond extract
4 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Blend all ingredients except pie filling and flour. Beat at high speed for three minutes, stir in flour. Spread 2/3 batter in 15x10 pan (jelly roll) greased well and spread pie filling over batter. Drop remaining batter by spoonfuls over pie filling. Bake at 350º for 45 minutes. While warm, top with glaze drizzle of 1 c. powdered sugar and 1-2 T. milk.
