1 can (28-32 oz) whole peeled tomatoes*
1 can (16 oz) drained whole corn*
1 box frozen whole baby okra*
2-3 tbsp bacon fat
1 tsp sugar
Salt and pepper to taste

* Fresh tomatoes, corn or okra can be substituted.

Directions:
To a large hot cast-iron pan with bacon fat, add tomatoes, corn, okra, sugar, salt and pepper. Cover and reduce heat to simmer for about thirty minutes.
