4 large potatoes,
1/2 cup butter,
1/4 cup sour cream,
2 Tbsp. parmesan cheese,
1 1/2 tsp. salt,
1/2 tsp. onion powder.

Directions:
Directions:
Bake potatoes. While still hot, cut potatoes in half lengthwise. Remove potatoes from skin, leaving 1/8 inch wall. To hot potatoes, add butter and milk until fluffy. Add sour cream, parmesan cheese, salt and onion powder. Beat well. Add more milk and butter if necessary. Spoon mixture back into potatoes shell. ( I also add cheese sometimes) Bake in 350 º oven for about 30 minutes or until tops begin to brown. Potatoes can be stuffed in advance and baked when needed.
