2/3 cup bread crumbs
1 cup milk
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 tsp.salt
2 large eggs
1/4 cup grated onions
1/8 tsp. pepper
Ingredients for Sauce:
3 Tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 cup catsup
1 Tbsp. dry mustard
Directions:
Directions:
Soak bread crumbs in the milk in a large bowl. Add the meat, salt, eggs, onion, and pepper to the milk and bread crumbs. Mix well and form into a loaf in a baking dish. For the sauce mix the brown sugar, nutmeg, catsup and dry mustard in a cup and pour over the loaf ..
Bake at 350º for 1 hour or slightly longer
