1 1/2 lb. Ground Meat (beef, turkey, pork,or combination of any or all)
1 Medium Onion (chopped)
1 c. Bread Crumbs
1 t. Salt
1 t. Marjoram
1 Egg
1/2 c. Ketchup
1/4 c. Brown Sugar (packed)
Dash of Nutmeg
1 t. Dried Mustard

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl, combine meat, onion, bread crumbs, spices,and egg and mix well. Place in pan and form into a loaf shape. In a small bowl, mix ketchup, brown sugar, nutmeg and mustard. Pour sauce over top of the meat loaf and bake in a 350º oven for 1 hour.

Again, I don't measure all the ingredients. These are approximate and can be adjusted to suit your tastes.

Dad's recipe is slightly different. He uses the same amount of meat, but instead of using bread crumbs, he uses saltine cracker crumbs, salt pepper and leaves out the marjoram. He bakes his the same way I do. He also uses just plain ketchup as a topping.
