3 eggs,
1 cup sugar,
2/3 cup pumpkin,
1 tsp. Baking soda,
1 tsp. Cinnamon,
3/4 cup flour,

8 oz cream cheese,
4 Tbsp butter,
1/2 tsp. Vanilla,
1 cup powdered sugar.

Preheat oven to 350. Mix roll ingredients until smooth. Bake for 15 min. in a greased or lined jelly roll pan. While baking, combine filling ingredients and set aside. Invert cake on tea towel and gently roll up. Allow to cool. Once cool, gently unroll cake and spread cream cheese mixture onto top. Re-roll cake and wrap in wax paper. Chill for 2-3 hours. Slice roll.
