1 lb. lean ground beef
1 medium onion (chopped)
4 c. shredded Romaine Lettuce
1/2 c. salsa
2 tbsp. low-fat sour cream
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 tbsp. garlic powder
1 lrg. tomato - diced
1/2 c. diced red/green peppers
1/4 c. cheddar cheese (shredded)
1 can. brown beans

- Brown beef in skillet.
- Add onion, peppers, garlic, chili powder and tomatoes.
- Add brown beans once beef and vegetables are browned.
-In large dish combine salsa and sour cream.
- Remove 2 tbsp of this dressing and add to hamburger mix.
-Toss romaine lettuce in the dressing mix in bowl.
- Serve in 2 dishes with meat over lettuce.
