Pecan Pie Recipe

3 1/3c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. lard
1 Egg
3 tbsp ice water
2 tsp vinegar

3 Eggs
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 c. pecan halves
3/4 c. corn syrup
2 tbsp butter (melted)
1 tsp vanilla

- Combine ingredients for pastry and then roll out on floured board for pie shell.
- Combine ingredients for filling and pour into shell.
- Bake: 375 F
- Time: 40-45 min.
- Apply glaze after baking: 2 tbsp corn syrup - warmed
