- 4 tbsp white sugar
2 1/2 c. graham crumbs
1/2 c melted butter
2 c icing sugar
2 eggs
1 c. soft butter
2 c. whipped cream
2 c. crushed pineapple

- Mix crumbs, sugar and melted butter (put in bottom of 13x9 pan. Keep some to sprinkle on top)
- Beat soft butter, icing sugar and egg (til fluffy)
- Place this later over bottom
- Beat cream and fold in fruit. (layer over bottom)
- Sprinkle reaming crumbs on top.

- Chill approx. 12 hours and serve chilled.
