2 egg whites
1½ c. sugar
5 T. water
1 ½ tsp. corn syrup
Dash salt

Directions:
Combine ingredients. Cook in double boiler over slowly boiling water, beating at high speed for 7 minutes. Remove from heat. Add a few drops of vanilla. Spread over a cooled cake right away.
