Ingredients:  
3-4 chicken breasts
1 clove garlic- crushed
1/3 cup soy sauce
2 tbls rice wine
1-1/2 tbls cider vinegar
1-1/2 tbls brown sugar
1-1/2 tbls minced garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and pour into a ziploc bag.
Marinate overnite or freeze for up to 3 months.

To cook:
Preheat oven to 350º.
If frozen, thaw; then DUMP contents into a baking dish and bake at 350º for 20-30 minutes.

Serve with rice or noodles.
