2 packages of boneless chicken breasts
2 cans cream of chicken soup
stuffing mix - any kind, prepare as directed
Directions:

Preheat oven to 350º.
Cut up chicken into bite size pieces. and place on bottom of a 9x12 glass baking dish.
Cover with both cans of soup(do not dilute)
Cover the soup with the stuffing mix.
Cover all this with foil and bake for 45 minutes at 350º ...do not open foil during the 45 minutes.
Uncover and bake another 15-20 more minutes, while stuffing browns.

Serve this with cranberry sauce and mashed potatoes. The soup makes a nice gravy so this is like an easy Thanksgiving dinner.
