3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
3/4 pound ground veal
3/4 pound ground pork
1 package frozen chopped spinach, cooked, drained and squeezed dry

1 cup finely chopped fresh parsley
1 cup bread crumbs
2 eggs, beaten
3 whole cloves garlic
3 tablespoons grated Parmesan
1 package jumbo pasta shells (cooked & drained)
3 cups spaghetti sauce

Directions:

Preheat oven at 350.
In large skillet, cook and stir 3 whole garlic cloves in olive oil until browned. Discard garlic cloves. Add veal and pork to skillet and cook until lightly browned and separated. Drain fat; set aside.
In a large bowl, combine spinach, parsley, bread crumbs, eggs, minced garlic and Parmesan. Blend well; seasoning with salt & pepper.
Add cooked meat mixture and blend well.
Fill shells with meat/spinach mixture.
Spread 1 cup of spaghetti sauce on bottom of baking dish. Arrange filled shells in dish. Cover with remaining sauce. Cover dish with aluminum foil and bake for 35-45 minutes.
