Sauce:
8 oz bottle chili sauce 8 oz water
1 c light brown sugar
8 oz cranberry sauce with berries
1 c sauerkraut drained and cut
Meatballs:
2 # lean ground beef 3 eggs
1 pkg dry onion soup mix 1 c bread crumbs
or 3 # frozen meatballs (I get them at Sam's)
Directions:
Directions:
1. Heat sauce ingredients and pour over frozen
meatballs in crock pot. Takes 1 1/2 -2 hours to heat
through.
2. If in a hurry, thaw meatballs in microwave prior to
combining with sauce.
