2 ó 3 lomitos de chancho
Sillao
Ajo molido
Aceite de oliva extra virgen

Directions:
Directions:
Colocar los lomitos de chancho en un pyrex. Untarlos con el ajo molido. Añadir el sillao y el aceite de oliva. Esta preparación debe quedar como a la mitad del pyrex para que se impregne bien.

Macerar mínimo dos horas y luego llevar a la parrilla. El tiempo de cocción depende del término deseado.
