4 c sugar 1/4 c butter
1 14 0z can condensed milk 1 c nuts
1 c marshmallow cream 1 t vanilla
2 sm pkg chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine sugar, butter, marshmallow and milk and
slowly bring to a rolling boil. Boil stirring constantly
for 5 minutes.
2. Remove from heat and add chips, vanilla and nuts.
Beat with a wooden spoon until chips are dissolved.
3. Pour into buttered 13x11 pan. Cool before cutting.
