5 eggs
3 8-ounce packages cream cheese
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla

Topping:
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Fresh strawberries (halved)
Note: can also use any fresh berry in season

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300.
Mix eggs, cream cheese, sugar and vanilla in bowl until creamy. Spoon into tinfoil cupcake holders about 1/2 full. Bake for 40 minutes.
Let cupcakes cool for 10 minutes (while you mix topping).
Mix sour cream, sugar and vanilla for topping. Spoon a little on top of each cupcake. Bake for 5 to 10 minutes.
Let cool for 10 minutes and refrigerate at least 1-2 hours.
Place berries on top of cupcakes before serving.
