8 oz. fusilla or rotini
2 T. butter
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1/2 c. chicken broth
zest of one lemon
juice of 1/2 lemon
1/2 c. fresh parsley
1/4 c. toasted pine nuts (8-10 min. @ 350)
freshly grated Parmesan and freshly ground pepper

Boil the pasta to al dente in salted water and drain.
Saute butter and garlic until blonde colored; not brown or it will be bitter.
Add butter and garlic to pasta over warm heat. Cook just until coated. Add chicken broth, zest and lemon juice. Toss just until warm. Remove from stove and add fresh parsley, Parmesan cheese and pepper. Serve.
