2 1/4 c. chicken broth (1 can Campbell chicken broth
concentrate plus 1 can water)
10 oz. package couscous (use"original" - not flavored)
1 cup diced green onions
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 to 1/2 fresh chopped basil
1/2 c. olive oil
1/4 c. balsamic vinegar
1/4 tsp red pepper

Directions:
Cook couscous according to package directions. Mix oil, vinegar and sices and add to couscous. Fold in vegetables. Best served at room temperature.
